✅ Listing Quality Checker

Run a transparent draft-completeness and title-repetition check before manual review.

What the current checklist reports

The tool checks whether a title is present, reports its character length, counts non-empty bullet lines, shows whether backend terms are present and flags repeated alphanumeric words in the title. These are transparent draft signals; the runtime does not assign a marketplace quality score.

How to prepare the inputs

Paste the product title, enter one bullet point per line and add the backend-term draft if one exists. Review the displayed signals, then return to the source product facts. A present field or a particular length does not establish that the wording is accurate, relevant or permitted.

How repeated title terms are detected

The runtime lowercases the title, extracts basic letters and numbers, and compares the total word count with the set of unique words. A repeated term produces a Review signal. The check is simple: it does not understand product meaning, useful repetition, brand styling or language-specific tokenisation.

What still needs human review

The tool does not detect risky wording, validate marketplace policy, confirm indexing, check product evidence, predict ranking or guarantee approval or sales. Verify claims, category guidance, spelling, relevance and backend-term suitability separately before upload.

Worked example

Practical example

A draft title such as “Red Cotton Kurta Red Size M” is present and has a measurable character length, but the repeated word “red” produces a Review signal. Three non-empty bullet lines display a count of 3, and any non-empty backend draft displays Present. None of those signals confirms compliance or listing quality.

Limitations

  • The tool checks completeness, counts and simple title repetition only.
  • It does not detect risky claims or validate marketplace policy.
  • It does not verify product facts, indexing, ranking or conversion quality.
  • Tokenisation is limited to basic alphanumeric title words.

Privacy and file processing

The working title, bullets and backend terms are checked in the browser tab. Avoid entering confidential information and review the Tool Privacy & File Processing Policy. Read the full policy.
