Paid digital products (such as the Amazon Seller Starter Toolkit) are delivered manually on WhatsApp or email within 24 hours of payment confirmation — usually much faster. You receive a ZIP file containing PDF files and editable versions as described on the product page.
All browser tools on this website are free and require no payment or signup. This policy applies only to paid digital products.
Because digital files cannot be returned once delivered, payments are non-refundable after delivery, except in these cases:
Refund requests: message us on WhatsApp with your payment screenshot within 7 days of purchase. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
Purchased files are licensed to the buyer for use in their own business (including their team). Reselling, redistributing or publicly sharing the files is not permitted.
