Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data the site processes, what stays in your browser and what third-party services may still load on the page.

1. Browser-based processing

Many tools on Ecom Toolkit India are designed to work in the browser tab itself. For those tools, the files or text you actively process are not intentionally uploaded to Ecom Toolkit India servers as part of the tool action.

2. Site-level requests still happen

Even when a tool runs in the browser, the page may still request fonts, front-end libraries and Google Analytics. These requests are separate from the working content you put into a tool. Some PDF, image, QR-code and Markdown tools also load a task-specific browser library from jsDelivr only when that page needs it.

3. Analytics

The site uses Google Analytics 4 measurement ID G-VWH0D4YKWJ to understand page and tool usage. The analytics integration accepts only a fixed set of event names and short operational labels; it is not designed to send uploaded files, filenames, free-form tool input, GSTINs, ASIN input, calculator values or contact details. Until a consent platform updates the choice, storage consent defaults to denied; Google may still receive limited cookieless measurement pings. See how Google uses data from partner sites.

4. Advertising status

The site publishes an AdSense account meta tag and ads.txt record for ownership verification. As of September 1, 2026, the AdSense account is not approved, the site’s advertising runtime is in verification-only mode, and this release does not intentionally load the AdSense advertising script or render ads. Advertising should be enabled only after account approval and an appropriate consent setup. If enabled later, Google and its partners may use cookies, web beacons, IP addresses or other identifiers as described in Google’s policies.

5. Consent, cookies and local storage

The site stores a theme preference in local storage. Analytics storage is denied by default until an implemented consent choice updates it. No Google-certified CMP or published consent message was verified during the September 1, 2026 audit. Personalised advertising must not be enabled for visitors in the EEA, UK or Switzerland until a Google-certified TCF CMP is published and tested. You can also clear or block cookies and local storage through your browser settings.

6. Third-party libraries

Some tools load front-end libraries from trusted CDNs. Those providers may receive normal web-request information such as IP address, browser type and time of request.

7. AI-assisted drafting

Some page copy, summaries or internal workflow drafts may be created with AI assistance and then reviewed before publication. AI support is used to speed up editing, not to fabricate marketplace outcomes or business claims.

8. Your choices

You can block cookies, clear site data, use private browsing or avoid loading the page if your own privacy policy requires that. If you have highly sensitive content, use tools only when your own compliance rules allow it. A full consent-preference interface is not currently verified as active.
