Tool Privacy & File Processing Policy

This page explains how files, text inputs and generated outputs are handled when you use tools on Ecom Toolkit India.

Last updated: August 7, 2026

1. Browser-first tool design

Most tools on the site are designed to process your working content in the browser tab on your device. That means the file or text you actively work with is not intentionally uploaded to Ecom Toolkit India servers as part of the tool action itself.

2. Separate page requests still exist

The page may still request CSS, JavaScript libraries, fonts, analytics scripts or future ad scripts needed to render the interface. Those normal page requests are separate from your working file or text.

3. Downloads stay under your control

When a tool generates a file for download, the output is created in the browser and then downloaded to your device. You are responsible for where that file is stored after download.

4. Sensitive material caution

If you are handling customer data, compliance records, invoices, payment details or confidential files, use online tools only when your own privacy and compliance requirements allow it.

5. Analytics boundaries

Site-level analytics should focus on page usage and high-level action counts only. Filenames, file contents, document text and sensitive tool inputs should not be intentionally sent as analytics event data.
